Alyson Carr, PhD, LMHC

Alyson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor of Mental Health Counseling. Alyson has dedicated her career to supporting and guiding counselors and counselors-in-training as they explore and refine their counselor identity, meet state licensure requirements, and navigate through therapeutic challenges.

In respect to her work as a practitioner she specializes in complex trauma, anxiety, bereavement and treatment resistant depression, using trauma informed frameworks such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR.
